PHOTO SHOOTS: ABOUT

We have arranged professional photo sessions with some of the guests here this weekend. Tickets for these will be available to buy from the online store, and at the event from the organisers booth.

These photo sessions are being held earlier in the day so there will be time to process the photos and have them ready for collection the same day.

Please turn up promptly for the photo sessions (the start times are stated above and on posters around the venue). Many sessions take much less than the allocated time & once the last person in the queue has been photographed the guest will return to the signing area. Even though there may be a long queue for photos it will move quickly!


1) Your photo will be taken by a professional photographer.
2) The shot will be taken in front of a backdrop and with lighting to ensure the best possible image.
3) You will be standing beside the guest(s) and not leaning over a table.
4) Your picture will be a 6 by 9 colour photo (not an inkjet print) and, all being equal, should be ready for collection a couple of hours after the shoot finishes.
5) All of this combined should provide you with something unique and special.


SMALL PRINT

Showmasters reserves the right to refuse anyone from taking part in the photo shoot; if payment has already been made then we will refund them. We also reserve the right to change the day and times of the photo shoot if it becomes neccessary, subject to guest appearence days. Guests are subject to work and other commitments, and have the right to cancel. If this occurs we will give you the option of changing your photo session or issue a refund. While it is our intention to have all photos developed and back within a couple of hours of the photo shoot ending, if for any reason the photos are delayed then Showmasters will distribute them later in the day. Any uncollected photos can be arranged to be posted out.
